The Pentewan Trail offers 3 level miles of traffic free family cycling. The trail follows the St Austell River for most of the way from the river bridge in Pentewan to the village of London Apprentice on the B3273. The trail runs through, and alongside, woodland for most of the way and near Pentewan there are interesting areas of wetland with a ford and bridge to cross.
