Exford, Somerset

Exford, in the centre of the moor, and a good base for walking. This small town is on the River Exe and you can walk along the river here, very tranquil.
16th century parish church is worth a look, sited above the village.

You may see the Devon and Somerset staghounds hunt gathering at the village green.
