Gunwalloe Church Grove, Cornwall |
Stroll down into Church Cove passing stone and colour washed cottages and a small stream. On this attractive west facing cove, scattered with pebbles and flat slate-like stones, the crabbing boats are still pulled up the sandy beach, by wire rope and winch. This small cove nestles between cliffs and unusually boasts a tiny church located to the north side of the beach, even more unusual is that the bell tower is detached from the church and stands about three metres away cut into the Cliffside. Swimming with care.
Facilities: NT Parking, Disabled access, Toilets, Refreshments, Seasonal dog ban, Lifeguard
