Cornwall & Devon - for great holidays

Details of Exmouth

Exmouth, Devon

This traditional seaside resort offers great family fun with two miles of golden sands and an esplanade with plenty of activity for the family. Exmouth's most famous feature is its estuary. As well as being popular for watersports and with users of small craft, the estuary is a paradise for naturalists and bird watchers. In the winter months it is home to tens of thousands of wildfowl and wading birds, including Brent Geese and the largest breeding flock of Avocets (the symbol of the RSPB) in the country.

Twinned with Dinan, France / Langerwehe, Germany
