Booking Your Accommodation
In Britain, a telephone booking or written confirmation is generally accepted as a legally binding contract. You may be required to send a deposit and this could be forfeited should you cancel your reservation. If the accommodation cannot be re-let, the management may be entitled to compensation and any deposit paid would be included as part of that payment.
Please remember that for visits during July and August, you will need to book well in advance but many accommodation providers in Cornwall and Devon will offer special rates outside of these months. Look out for great late deals if you are booking at short notice.
